It all starts with a consultation
The harmonisation plan is designed individually: which techniques apply, in which areas and in what order.
Every treatment begins with a personalised assessment consultation. The treatment
It is not one procedure.
It is a plan.
Facial harmonisation is a set of non-surgical aesthetic medicine procedures whose aim is to restore the balance, the proportions and the volume of the face.
Unlike surgery, it requires neither general anaesthesia nor hospital admission: most techniques are performed at the practice in a single session, with results ranging from immediate to two weeks. The central idea is to treat the face as a whole, not each area separately.
The techniques
Four tools.
The plan decides which.
The plan is designed according to each patient's needs. These are the techniques used most often at the practice.
The products used are certified by ANMAT. Which techniques apply, in which areas and with what duration is defined at the consultation: the duration of the effect varies with the technique and by patient.
Is it for you?
There is no minimum age
and no maximum.
It is a valid option for a wide range of patients, precisely because it involves neither surgery nor a long recovery. There are patients of 28 looking to improve proportions and considerably older patients looking to maintain the face.
Common reasons
- Loss of volumeIn the cheeks, the malar area or the lower third of the face
- Marked expression linesForehead, glabella, crow's feet, that do not respond to creams
- Lip contourDefinition of the lip without an exaggerated result
- Under-eye hollows or a tired lookThat does not improve with rest
- Small nasal irregularitiesWithout going through a rhinoplasty
And also
- A moderate lifting effectWithout surgery or recovery time
- After surgeryTo complement or maintain the surgical result
- Realistic expectationsResults proportionate to your own features, without changing your identity
At the consultation I assess your face as a whole and tell you what applies — or whether nothing applies yet.
Results
Each technique
has its own timing.
The timings depend on the techniques used in the plan.
The duration of the effect varies with the technique and by patient, and is assessed at the check-ups. Results vary by patient and cannot be guaranteed.
The judgement
Someone who operates the deep plane
knows what lies under the needle.
Dr. Jenny Ortega De La Rosa is a Specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Titular Member of the SCPBA — Buenos Aires Plastic Surgery Society, M.N. 146.616.
Her surgical training brings knowledge of the deep planes of the face: knowing what lies beneath makes it possible to plan where to inject and where not to. It also brings the judgement to say when aesthetic medicine is enough and when something else is what applies.
Medical criterion
Nothing is decided
from a screen.
The indication, scope and planning of any procedure are defined only after an individual medical assessment.
Send your photos on WhatsApp and, subject to availability, I will reply with a preliminary assessment for your case. The fee is defined at the assessment consultation.
Dra. Jenny Ortega
De La Rosa
Specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
I am a plastic surgeon with a practice focused on facial rejuvenation. My practice covers the whole spectrum of the face: from the Deep Plane Facelift and facial surgery (necklift, temporal lift, blepharoplasty, lip lift, rhinoplasty) to non-surgical treatments (hyaluronic acid, thread lifts, PRP and other injectables).
My criterion: a facelift is not a surgery about age, it is a surgery about laxity. That is why my first job is not to operate, but to assess honestly who is a candidate today — and who is not yet. Titular Member of the SCPBA — Buenos Aires Plastic Surgery Society · M.N. 146.616
